Hey thanks for stoppin by.
My name is Keisaku Yogi and I am currently a senior at New York University. I was
born in Okinawa, Japan on May 17th 1977. I crawled around there for a couple of
months and decided that it wasn't the place for me. So I packed up my stuff and
dragged my parents and my sister to the United States.
We moved to Santa Ana, California with my aunt
and uncle for a few months. We moved into a few different places and finally settled
in Orange, CA where I've spent most of my time. I attended Serrano Elementary, Cerro
Villa Middle School, and Villa Park High School. I still keep in touch with a few
people from high school. Here is a picture of the kliq from
graduation, although it has sorta fallen apart in the past few years. Props to my
\\'estside Kliq out in OC who still keep it real. A note to Rob, what up fool, keep
an eye on all the CA's for your boy.
Every year I throw thirty grand down the drain,
how and why do I manage that you ask... Well I'm currently a senior at New York University in the Stern School of Business, where I am a Marketing and
Finance Major. This school is notorious for charging outrageous tuition and not
hooking up there students with anything, but whatever, I'm not gonna bitch about it cause
I'll go on forever. Here one of my senior pictures from me this year.
I spend most of my time dealing with my
fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon. I was the President
of the New York Gamma chapter for the past year, and I've passed the torch to my boy Mike
aka "Sticky." I pledged on September 28, 1995, damn that was three years
ago, where does the time go? I lived in our fraternity house as a pledge and for 10
weeks I lived in hell. Looking back though, it was the most fun I have had here at
this school. The relationships that I have developed with my brothers here is
something that words cannot describe. People always ask me why I pledged and what
Sigma Phi Epsilon has to offer. In a word Brotherhood. That's the best way
that I can answer that question, and you either get it or you don't.
I've got to give a shout out to my Big Brother
Danny Kim and Roger Deo, better known as 2FM. And the other half of Ky2 (KY
Squared), Kelvin Yip. Ky2 was the spinoff of the infamous duo 2FM. I'll never
forget all the crazy times we've spent together. Much Love.
So what else am I into? Well pretty much
everything on this webpage. I love all types of music, especially Hip-Hop and
R&B. I'll admit that I'm pretty exclusive to West Coast hip-hop, but I'm really
startin to get into DMX. I'm also a HUGE Sheryl Crow fan. She is without a
doubt one of my favorite artists. Check out my Eargasms
page for more on my musical tastes.
On Thursday nights, you can usually find me and
the rest of the Sigeps chillin down at Bar None on 11th street and 3rd avenue. I
gotta give props to Frank and Richie T.
for always hookin us up real nice. If you're in NYC make sure to head down there and
check it out.
And of course we love to Shoot The Moon!!!
Although we haven't gotten the whole crew together because some of us have gone into
retirement. But shootin with Smokey, Ducky aka Sticky, Waldo, Paul Reiser, Psycho,
Beaver, Scooby, and of course KANE!!! was always da
bomb.
This is probably my last year in New York City,
so hopefully I can make the most of it. I hope to move back to Socal after I
graduate cause it's the place that I call home, plus the weather is so much nicer out
there. I'm lookin for a job in the entertainment business, so if anyone out there
has any hook ups in the Biz, email me and let me know. Well that's about it for now,
thanks for the vine, I'm OUT!!! |
